Business English and professional communication
English proficiency alone doesn't guarantee that an employee can present persuasively, run a meeting, or handle a demanding negotiation. That's why our Business English courses focus on the real situations in which employees actually use English at work.
The training develops linguistic accuracy, fluency, and the ability to choose the right communication style depending on the situation, the audience, and the intended outcome.
- Tailored to real workplace situations
- For teams and individuals

Do you need English for situations where knowing vocabulary is not enough – you need to respond fluently?
Free consultationEnglish for everyday workplace situations
Course content is built around participants' actual work tasks. It can cover running meetings and video calls, presenting results, business negotiations, deal-making, phone calls, email writing, small talk, networking, and communicating with customers and international colleagues.
Alongside vocabulary and grammar, participants learn skills such as expressing disagreement, asking follow-up questions, summarising decisions, making arguments, responding to objections, and adjusting their level of formality to suit the situation.
Practical skills practice, not just textbook exercises
In lessons we work with both simulated and real workplace scenarios. Participants practise communication through role plays, case-based tasks, presentations, conversations, and trainer feedback.
By arrangement, anonymised company materials can also be used — for example, sample correspondence, presentations, product descriptions, or situations participants will be facing in the near future.
Who is this course for
Business English is suitable for employees who communicate with international colleagues, clients, suppliers, or head office. Content can be tailored to sales teams, project managers, administrative staff, specialists, and company leadership.
The course can run as an ongoing programme or as a more intensive programme focused on a few priority areas.
What we practise in the courses
We build Business English around the situations employees genuinely face at work. Topics, vocabulary, and communication tasks are chosen so they can be put to immediate use in practice.
Joining discussions, responding to questions, summarising outcomes
Structuring a message, engaging the audience, handling questions
Clear formulation, appropriate tone, well-structured layout
Argumentation, handling objections, reaching agreement
Quick responses, verifying information, handling requests
Making contact, informal conversation, appropriate level of formality
Business English by Role
We don't design Business English courses the same way for every participant. A sales team needs different English from HR, management, reception, customer support, technical teams or project managers. We therefore adapt course content to what employees actually deal with in their daily work.
A course can focus on general business communication, conversation, written communication, professional vocabulary or specific tasks participants will be facing. Depending on the chosen focus, participants may practise running meetings, presenting results, writing e-mails and reports, phone calls, small talk, negotiations, argumentation, responding to objections or communicating with customers.
The purpose of the course is not simply to learn new phrases. What matters is that participants can choose the right tone, respond confidently, express their views, summarise the outcome of a meeting and manage workplace communication with greater confidence.
What your company gains
Employees are able to handle specific work tasks in English with greater confidence, greater precision, and a lower risk of misunderstanding. Training therefore goes beyond building knowledge — it supports the genuine use of English on the job.
