Course content can combine everyday communication with workplace language. Participants learn to introduce themselves, ask for clarification, communicate with colleagues and managers, understand instructions, and respond confidently in common workplace situations.
Depending on the target group, content can also include specialist vocabulary, safety instructions, communication on the production floor or in a warehouse, administration, emails, phone calls, and dealing with customers. Everyday situations involving transport, housing, healthcare, or public offices can be covered as well.
