We recommend long-term training to companies that want to develop their employees' language skills consistently, rather than just ahead of a single specific event. It can be tailored to individual specialists, entire teams, management, or employees across multiple locations.

We place participants into groups based on their language level, professional focus, goals, and organisational requirements. Depending on the situation, we will recommend a group, individual, or blended solution.

Course content can combine overall language development with specific professional needs. Employees build their ability to speak, listen, read, and write, consolidate their grammar, and expand their active vocabulary.

We also incorporate into lessons the real-life situations participants encounter at work — such as communicating with colleagues and clients, meetings, emails, phone calls, presentations, and working with specialist materials. A coursebook may provide a structural framework, but we supplement its content with topics and materials that reflect the group's actual needs.

Long-term corporate courses typically combine general language with the practical communication employees need at work. General language helps build a solid foundation: grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, speaking, and confidence in everyday communication situations.

On this foundation we gradually build with work-related topics tailored to participants' needs. Training therefore includes, for example, emails, phone calls, meetings, short presentations, small talk, communication with international colleagues, and working with specialist texts.

The goal is not to separate “classroom language” from working life. Employees learn the language so they can use it more naturally, more accurately, and with greater confidence in both everyday and professional situations.

Textbooks can give a course structure, but on their own they are often not enough. We therefore supplement them with articles, listening exercises, videos, model situations, industry-specific vocabulary, and where possible adapted or anonymised company materials.

This allows training to remain systematic while still being relevant to the specific group. Employees consolidating basic communication need different content from a team that regularly writes emails internationally, attends meetings, or works with specialist documents in a foreign language.

Materials are therefore selected according to language level, course aim, and the situations in which participants actually need to use the language.

Before we begin, we clarify the company's objectives and, where necessary, assess participants' language levels and individual needs. We define specific learning goals for each course and select the right trainer.

We monitor progress throughout the programme via trainer assessments, participant feedback, testing, and regular checks against the agreed goals. At the end of each period, the company receives a report to support decisions about how to continue with training.

The result is a systematically managed language learning programme with clear objectives, aligned to employees' needs, and designed to track their long-term progress.
