Professional and Specialist Language Training
A subject-matter expert may know their field inside out, yet still struggle to explain, defend, or share that knowledge with the same precision in a foreign language. Professional language training therefore connects language learning with specific job roles, specialist terminology, and real-world communication situations.
Our goal is not to teach employees their profession. We help them express in a foreign language what they already know professionally.
- Training Tailored to Specific Professions
- Specialist Terminology in Practice

We will design a specialist language course based on your field and the situations your team deals with.
Free consultationTraining by Job Role and Field
A course can be focused on areas such as management, HR, sales, finance, IT, manufacturing, technical professions, energy, pharmaceuticals, logistics, or customer support. The content is always based on what participants actually do in their day-to-day work.
A finance specialist might practise commenting on results and explaining variances; a technician, describing a fault and a working procedure; an HR professional, conducting a job interview or an employee conversation; and a sales professional, presenting a solution and responding to customer objections.
Courses by Profession
We design professional language training based on what employees actually deal with in their work. An HR specialist needs different language from a technician, a finance manager, a sales professional or a customer support team. We therefore include the terminology, documents and communication situations specific to the given profession or field.
Running meetings, presenting results, negotiations, giving feedback and communication with international leadership.
Interviews, onboarding, internal communication, benefits, sensitive conversations and communication with international colleagues.
Presenting solutions, argumentation, handling objections, negotiations and customer communication.
Commenting on results, reports, budgets, variances, forecasts and communication with headquarters or auditors.
Meetings, technical descriptions, specifying requirements, explaining solutions and communication with international colleagues.
Describing faults, procedures, specifications, drawings, documentation and technical solutions.
Specialist Terminology in Context
Lists of technical vocabulary alone are rarely enough. Participants learn to use terminology in the sentences, documents, and conversations in which they naturally encounter it.
Training may include working with specialist texts, manuals, presentations, reports, case scenarios, process descriptions, or internal company communications. Materials and tasks are selected according to participants' language level and their professional responsibilities.
How We Prepare a Course
We begin by identifying typical communication situations, the terminology in use, and the expected outcomes. We then select a trainer suited to the level, professional focus, and nature of the course, and provide them with methodological support throughout the content preparation process.
Professional language development can be integrated into a regular course or delivered as a standalone intensive programme for a specific team.
What Your Company Gains
Employees sharpen the language that is directly relevant to their job performance. They become better equipped to describe a problem precisely, communicate specialist information, explain a process, and interact with colleagues, partners, or clients within their field.
