The selection process includes a short demonstration lesson and a methodological and language check. We are not looking for a single universal style – we are looking for the ability to lead a lesson professionally, meaningfully, communicatively and with the learners’ needs in mind.

Before you start teaching we walk you through our methodological and administrative procedures, our internal system, lesson recording, and the communication channels with coordinators and methodologists.
Outcome: a teacher who is ready for both the teaching and the course administration that goes with it.
Before you begin a specific course, we give you all the information you need: your learners, the course goals, the materials used and any specific requirements for that course.
Outcome: a teacher who knows who they will be teaching, what the course goals are, how the partnership will work logistically and who to turn to when needed.
Throughout the partnership you have access to coordinators and methodological support. We help with organisation, materials, working with learners, more complex classroom situations, feedback and ongoing professional development.
